Still in Elfin Cove…

The quick fix we were hoping for wasn’t to be.

So it looks like we have a much bigger engine issue on our hands.

On the plus side, today we have a lovely day. Makes a change from the last four days of rain.

It has been so nice, I was able to make use of my designated meditation spot. This is the Float Plane dock. It just has the most amazing view. Considered one of the Best Views in Alaska.

Today the Cove is quiet! All the boats left last night in a mass exodus. Why? Because it’s 1st of July and the start of the Fishing season. The boats all went out to grab their spots to start fishing at 3.30am. Woke up this morning and we were the only boat in the dock.
